  Visited this store yesterday to check out the new iPhone. Not only did both my husband and leave with new phones ordered, sales rep Tom Fabiano helped us save money both on our monthly cell phone bill and our DirectTV account. Excellent, excellent customer service from our sales rep, Tom and the manager on duty, Derreck. There was a third rep in there (sorry didn't catch your name) that helped keep my 3 year old entertained with a game of hide and seek. Can't say enough good things - friendly & knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. I've been an ATT customer for at least 20 years and customer service like this is exactly why! Highly recommend this location and sales team for all of you cellular needs!

  When I walked in they were playing games. One was leaning the other one was sitting. They didn't move when they asked if I needed help. They didn't seem interested to become engaged. Not very welcoming.
